In the wake of centuries of sleep, Lilith, Mother of Demons, has been revived by Hydra with a twist of science and dark magic. To fulfill an old prophecy, Lilith will do everything to bring Chthon back. The Avengers are at the edge of collapse and desperate for assistance from Midnight Suns, Blade Magik, Blade, Magik, and Ghost Rider and Ghost Rider, youth heroes with supernatural roots made to prevent the prophecy Lilith has set out to fulfill. Together, they revive the legendary warrior of the past - the Hunter who was Lilith's abandoned child and the only hero known who has ever overcome her.
